Why choose a private Villa instead of a Hotel ?
Staying in a hotel in the Orlando area can prove to be expensive and with one or two bedroom to accommodate a family it can be cramped and inconvenient.
Our Villa has plenty of room for every one to relax, 3,000 Sq feet of fully Air Conditioned space.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to choose when to go out to eat or if you prefer to stay at home or dine al fresco by the pool, you have the choice.
There are 4 Master Suites { 3 Kings / 1 Double } plus 2 Disney themed twinned rooms.
All rooms have a TV and DVD player.
A play staion is available in the "loft". { a space at the top of the stairs }
The Villa also has a fully equipped utility room, a pool table & foosball are situated in the garage which has been converted into a " Games Room ".
A Private Villa has so much more to offer when compared to a Hotel for price, facilities, space, privacy & location.
How Many People can stay in the Villa ?
The Villa can Comfortably accommodate 12 people { Including Children }
Simply fill out ,print the booking form here on line, contact us by e-mail or telephone to confirm your dates are available then send your booking form & security deposit to us.
We accept both US & UK cheques. The balance is due 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
Your security deposit will be returned to you within 4 weeks of your departure subject to the confirmationfrom our Management Company that the Villa and it`s contents are in the same condition as they were on your arrival. Any damage, breakages, excessive use of utilities or leaving the Villa in a condition that requires extra cleaning will result in money being deducted from your security deposit. If evidence is found of smoking in the Villa all of your security deposit will be forfeited.
We employ a Local Management Company to oversee the smooth running of the Villa. They are very helpful and should you have a problem they are available 24/7. The details for the Management Company will be enclosed with your arrival pack.
The pool & Jaccuzi are naturally warm during the summer months. An additional charge is made for heating the Pool & Jaccuzi and is required to be booked in advance.
The Deck & Pool are South Facing and benefit from the Sun all day. There is a covered "Porch" area should you want to sit outside in the shade.
The Villa is situated on a large Premium Lake lot on the estate, it is South facing and has a large sun deck around the pool. the large pool area is not overlooked and offers beautiful unrestricted views over a Natural Lake and open Conservation area,
A large supermarket, several Restraunts a `Walk in Heath Centre` and various other outlets are only about a mile & half from the Villa. Travelling West on the 192 and then take the 429 North is Walmarts which is about 5 miles from the Villa.
Disney World is approx. 5 miles away, you will find that most of the parks are between a 10 & 20 minute drive from the Villa.
